All of our play equipment is cleaned between sessions to ensure a clean and safe enviroment for yourself and your little ones to explore.

Why the Little Brown Mouse Play Café?

Simple! It is owned and run by Steph and Gaz who are a family of four children. We understand how it can sometimes be difficult to entertain children whilst you enjoy a drink or bite to eat in an environment that is safe for them!

Gaz and Steph created this small business based on their own parenting experiences and career paths.

Gaz has over 17 years experience working with children in nurseries. His experience in early years gives us the advantage of understanding exactly what children want and need. All of our activities, Play provisions, exploration areas and garden is designed to simulate and develop children in all their academics.

Steph has over 20 years experience in catering and hospitality. Her wealth of knowledge and experience ensures our kitchen only provides the highest standards in food. The menu is carefully composed with nutrition and taste at mind. Children's meals are balanced but true to children's likes.

Here at Little Brown Mouse Play Café we provide a stimulating environment for children of all ages.

From birth we have bouncers, activity Play mats, lights, bubbles, music and toys to meet their interests and needs.

We have a role play room with lots of wooden activities and toys, providing plenty for the toddlers and infants.

Our specially designed Play frame is suitable for 0-5 years with soft steps, slide, balls, soft blocks and soft toys.

Our outdoor garden is perfect for all ages. With a play frame and slide, Play house, chalk boards, water kitchen, games and plants everywhere. Why keep children inside when they want to explore in fresh air!

We have nappy changing facilities with sensory lights, and wall art to help keep nappy change time calm.

All of our tables have table top toys, wall mounted activities, drawing or writing opportunities and much much more.

The children will simply not be short of things to explore!

We operate 90 minute sessions with clean down slots in-between to ensure a clean and safe environment is provided for each and every child. All activities and toys are reset and presented to that what ever time of the day you visit, it will be the same quality as the first session.

Our kitchen provides fresh and cooked to order food at a very reasonable price. Our coffee counter serves cakes and snacks, hot and cold drinks all made to your preference.

We don't charge extra for dairy free milk alternatives like most places.

All this for only £2.50 admission for children.
